What's the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold is digital concierge membership — connected chat history, saved preferences, and standard planning assistance. Platinum adds higher concierge priority, faster human response, proactive planning, and a monthly concierge consultation.
Do members get discounts on services?
Yes. Eligible services carry preferred pricing at every tier — up to 5% for Gold, 10% for Platinum, and 15% for Heritage Club, on top of priority access.
Can I include family members or guests?
Platinum and above extend support to approved guests, and Heritage Club and Heritage Club Private add dedicated family and household itinerary support. Gold covers the member only.
How does the Sovereign Circle work?
The Sovereign Circle is by invitation, with pricing on request. It starts with a private consultation rather than checkout, building a fully bespoke concierge relationship around one individual, family, or household.
